Bunny X has long been inspired by Swedish dreamwave artist Don Dellpiero’s sweeping and nostalgic instrumentals, as evidenced on their three prior collaborations, two of which appeared on Young & In Love – “Perfect Paradise” and “Lost Without You.”

Long-time Don Dellpiero fans might recognize the track which was first released under the title “Lights in the Sky” on Don Dellpiero’s debut album Born 1981, released in February 2017. For Bunny X, the track perfectly encapsulates the magic that Don Dellpiero creates with his work and on a cold winter morning, the vocal arrangement essentially wrote itself, not unlike what happened with the vocal arrangement on Perfect Paradise.

Fortunately for Bunny X, Don Dellpiero was game to work on another track together and was also kind enough to allow Bunny X to change the song title for this reimagined take on the track. Gosteffects then lent his expertise and finesse and that was that.
